Current Diet and Exercise
8:30am Protein shake, 1/2 gallon of water
9:30am Coffee, 1/2 gallon of water
3:30pm Protein Drink, 1/2 gallon of water
Post gym (6:30-7:30pm): Protein Shake, 1/2 gallon of water
Dinner usually consists of a large grilled vegetable, like an onion or zucchini, covered in chipotle seasoning, light salt, and a zero calorie BBQ sauce and mustard. A bowl of carrots with either salsa or peanut butter, potentially a protein turkey burger, and then hot chocolate.
Gum as needed.

By 4:30pm 2,500 steps throughout the course of work (roughly 1.25 miles walking)
4:30pm Walk/Run to Anytime Fitness 5,000 steps (2.5~ miles)
5:15pm Treadmill for 45 minutes 5,000 steps (2.6~ miles)
6:15pm (M/W): Personal training for 45 minutes (6 exercises repeated 3x)
6:15pm (TF): Arms, calves, crunches
6:15pm (Th): Walk back to office (see 7pm), drive to Softball, play for 2-3hours
7pm Walk/Limp back to office 5,000 steps (2.5~ miles)
Average total: 21,543 steps/day
On the weekends I usually don’t track diet, and go out to eat for three meals or so. I also usually average 25,000 steps throughout the course of Saturday and Sunday, but I rarely go out of my way to do that, save for Pokemon Go (instantly dating this post).
To track all this I use the Fitbit Charge and the Fitbit Aria Scale.
